This bilingual insurance retention Position Features:
Responsible for receiving inbound calls from credit card customers wishing
to cancel a service on their accounts. You will be measured on your retention quota so this is a sales type oriented position. If you are great with people and love the phones then this might be a great fit for you.
Candidates must have the below experience:
Must be fluent in Spanish & English, should be able to speak and read both
languages.
*Should have sales or retention experience
*Call center experience is very helpful
* Must be able to work an evening shift or a mid-day shift
