Learning & Devlmt Spec II – Jacksonville

Responsible for the development of training programs for the Company’s servicing staff and for the identification of training needs within the company.

Responsibilities

Write and present proposals for new or modified training programs and/or courses.
Conduct need assessments for the purpose of identifying training requirements.
Work closely with servicing management to obtain feedback on training, to evaluate the success of training programs, and to identify training needs.
Oversee the design of all training courses.
Work with the Trainers in the development and preparation of classroom material and review all written training documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
Perform on-going reviews of existing training programs to determine effectiveness.
Work with the Trainers on pilot testing of new training programs and/or courses.
Assist in delivering cross-organizational training as needs require.
Assist the Training Manager as needed.
Analyze and research training issues.
Analyze results of training and communicates results to management.
Design web-based training.
Assist the Customer Service Department as a Customer Service alternate as needed. Adhere to all Customer Service policies and procedures.

Experience Requirements
Three years experience in the development of technical training programs.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education (or 5 years relevant exp.)
