Prior Check Balancing/Handling Experience desired Detail oriented Excel experience and Word skills Prior ACLS, HOST or Fidelity system knowledge a plus Ability to work in a fast paced environment with firm deadlines 1 year office related work experience to include (general office machines, ten key by touch, word processing, open, deliver and respond to mail, answer phones etc.) Type 35 words per minute 1 year mortgage loan servicing experience related to payment/payoffs processing and research experience
Loan Servicing Cashiering Representatives process incoming and outgoing monetary and maintenance transactions on consumer loans. Process checks, payments/payoffs, calculate funds needed to pay off a loan. Handle simple research requests, reversal and exception processing, clear rejected and exception items ensuring timely resolutions. Process ACH setup/maintenance and closure requests; open, sort and batch incoming and outgoing mail. Batch, balance and endorse checks in preparation for deposit. Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. Required to meet specific quality and volume requirements for specified activities.
