Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Works with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts to clarify ambiguity in functional specs. Develops and thoroughly documents enhancements. Works with overall IT teams to build efficient and concise processes. Ensures development work is properly tested. Ability to work collaboratively across project teams. Ability to plan and organize development work and deliverables. Ability to challenge/clarify requirements for development work to allow for a simpler, more standard solution. Driven to minimize customization effort and pushing to leverage standard SAP functionality. Ability to solve complex technical problems through research and technical detective work. Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences. Able to work off hours when required. Experience with Mercury Test Director would be a plus. Education & Professional Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline and six years relevant experience ORMaster's Degree in related technical discipline and four years relevant experience OREleven years relevant experience without college degree.Candidate Profile:At least 3 years experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, CM, CS, PM, BN, PD, TEM) to include: configuration, definition of development requirements, management of business processes and definition, integration of ESS/MSS/HRSS/COESS/SCSS At least 3 years experience with definition and documentation of business requirements based on defined processes and standards and practices as well as definition of systematic application of best practices At least 2 years experience in EP 6.0 Portal development preferred At least 3 years configuration experience including ECC 6.0 or higher in more than one SAP HR specific modules At least 1 year work in best practice definition and interpretation At least 2 years experience in implementing SAP in a multilingual / multinational application (Localization & Internationalization) would be preferred. At least 1 year experience with Security Components (Roles, Profiles, Standard Authorizations, Structural Authorizations, Context Sensitive Authorizations, etc.) would be a plus. At least 3 years experience with report definition development. At least 3 years experience in developing interfaces specifications. At least 3 years experience client integration At least 1 year experience with Workflow would be plus. At least 4 years experience developing technical designs from functional specs. At least 3 years experience defining and documenting standard positions and logic relative to system solution architecture At least 3 years experience consulting relative to technical solutions At least 3 years plan definition and management relative to release definition and execution from a technical perspective At least 3 years acting as primary client based point of contact for business process definition and configuration At least 3 years partnering with and managing through environmental instantiation and definition At least 3 years defining future state functional architecture to include but not limited to the following: SAP process definition, SAP configuration standards and practices, Technical integration, Portal integration, Organizational structures, Derivative build criteria (e.g., what will and will not be built, why and what criteria makes the final determination)Environment, Physical & Other Requirements:NA
