Currently seeking an experienced SAP HR FA candidate to work out of our Jacksonville office to assist in leading/functional efforts on a SAP upgrade for an existing key client.
Candidate Profile:
Experience with upgrade from R/3 4.6c to ECC 6.0 with focus on porting existing functionality to new upgrade functionality a plus. Experience with SAP HR/Org Management preferred as well as knowledge with Payroll, Benefits, PA and PD. Must have minimum 2 full life cycle implementation experience, Proficiency with Payroll/Time schema and rules. Experience with a public sector implementation is a plus. Knowledge of ABAP is a plus, Ability to focur on multiple tasks essential as new functionality will be implemented in parallel with the upgrade. Experience with section 508 compliance also a strong plus. Must be able to develop Functional Design Documentation (FDD) based on client Business Requirements. Will need to work well as a team, communicate well in writing and speech, and be self motivated to perform at a high level. The functional emphasis will be on good interpretation of requirements and design and quality configuration with a very low tolerance for defects. Will need to pass strong government background checks.
Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline And Six years relevant experience Or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline And Four years relevant experience Or Eleven years relevant experience without college degree
