?Will assist in developing the detailed parallel test plan.
?Will develop test scripts based on existing templates.
?Will gather information from other teams, both internally and with the client
?During the parallel test run will coordinate execution of test. Will document defects and maintain defect tracking status reports.
?Will analyze payroll results to find patterns of defects throughout the payroll runs
Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related technical discipline and two years relevant experience
OR
Master's Degree in related technical discipline
OR
Six years relevant experience without college degree
Candidate Profile:
?Minimum of 3 years experience in SAP HR and Payroll. Must have the ability to run SAP payroll and evaluate payroll results. Additionally must be able to look at basic HR and Payroll configuration and HR master data to identify some problems with the payroll calculation.
?Some test experience in HR and Payroll is preferred.
?Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Able to create clear documentation.
?Good team player.
?Excellent organizational skills including coordinating activities with other groups.
?Available to work long hours including nights and weekends.
?Excellent issue resolution and escalation management skills.
?Ability to work with a diverse leadership team.
?Multiple country and jurisdictional implementation experience (minimum of 3 countries)
