Dimension & Scope:
This position formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects and is responsible for program design coding testing debugging and documentation. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations operating time and form of desired results in addition to preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. This position has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.

Education & Professional Certifications:
Movement into TCP Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline AndSix years relevant experience Or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline And Four years relevant experience Or Eleven years relevant experience without college degree. Movement within TCPMinimum three years experience in B3 Level TCP position. PMP certification highly desirable.
Candidate Profile:
Experience working with multiple platforms (e.g., MVS, UNIX, NT, PC).Possesses advanced “Performance engineering skills” (i.e., ability to predict and build performance into systems rather than doing it later). Proven project management ability. Proven analytical and communication skills along with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Customer service and detail oriented.Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skill Set:
Strong experience in quality ABAP development in R/3 4.6c and/or WAS 6.20 and up. The more experience in Netweaver 2004s/7.00 the better. Preferable will be someone who has done an upgrade from 4.6c to Netweaver 2004s/7.00, including Unicode conversion. Development experience should include BSP programming in WAS 6.20+ and/or Netweaver. Practical experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP (WD4A) will be a plus.
Technical and/or functional experience with SAP HR (Payroll, Benefits, PA, PD) preferred. Strong experience in Netweaver front-end programming with BSP and WD4A Experience with Section 508 compliance also would be a plus. Experience with large-scale implementations will also be useful.
Will need to pass strong government background checks.
