Sourcing Account Manager I - Jacksonville, FL

The individual selected for this role will support the Talent Acquisition Account Manager in the selection and interviewing of applicants for open positions.

Responsibilities include:

•Provide initial screening interviews for non-exempt and exempt candidates.
•Conduct telephone interviews with prospective applicants.
•Provide support to the account managers and sourcers.
•Work within given budgets by tracking recruiting expenses for cross-charging to various departments.
•Work with internal account managers to enhance the level of service that the recruiter provides.
•Work with internal HRIS systems (SAP and Taleo)
•Flexible, adaptable team player

Education & Professional Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a four-year college or university preferred.

Candidate Profile:

·Zero to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
·Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
·Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
·Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates. Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
·Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. Analysis and problem solving skills to determine effects on existing systems and/or business processes.
