SW Configuration, Troubleshooting & Deployment – Jacksonville

Based in our Jacksonville, Fl office campus we are seeking an individual who will be deploying infrastructure and configuration setup for Knowlagent training systems, including both ''pull'' technology and ''push'' technology for integration with voice switch and IEX components. You will also be responsible for higher tier of support for issues affecting the Knowlagent infrastructure environment.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience loading & configuring third-party applications. (Ability to load third party application software releases and patches).

2. Experience monitoring/troubleshooting servers and applications. (Remote server access and trouble shooting skills, including monitoring production servers for problems, viewing event logs on running services and other application troubleshooting.)

3. Experience working with a third-party application vendor. (Work with vendor to resolve system problems and open and monitor trouble tickets when necessary)

4. Knowledge and skills in SQL database. Use of RDB tools to access different type tables (primarily SQL and Oracle).
